My first LJ entry occured after my mother found and read my DeadJournal, which I started when LiveJournal had codes and I did not have a code. She made me go to therapy (one session) for sneaking out of the house and drinking with some friends. To be fair.. I was in high school and underage (obviously). without technology a lot of the things i've recieved and given over the years would have been impossible. Living in a small college town for four years meant little cash flow, and no shopping. If i didn't buy it online and ship it to the person, they didn't get anything.
